Puka Puka Design does not take any responsibility for anyone purchasing products using your username and password. You must keep these details confidential.
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) , 10% GST will be added to Australian orders.
Puka Puka Design accepts payment via Pay Pal from your bank account, debit or credit card. Puka Puka Design reserves the right to cancel your order prior to payment being processed.
You are not permitted to re-sell Puka Puka products to a third party without prior written consent from Puka Puka Design.
All Puka Puka Design products are made in Sydney, Australia and can be shipped to most countries world-wide.

Shipping is via Australia Post and takes approx 5-15 days for international air mail. I send a confirmation email when the mobile is posted. If you would like registered post please email and we will organise a quote. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please confirm your postal address when requested.
Any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (you). We keep delivery fees as low as possible and do not profit from them.
Items are usually shipped with 4-5 business days if in stock. Shipping times are indicative only and all shipping services are sent with Australia Post.
Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing your order. You are responsible for providing the correct address. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please send me an email. You may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs and merchant fees. You must notify us within three days of receipt of goods and return goods to us within 10 days to be eligible. All goods returned must be as new, unused and in their original packaging. If you return an item please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
Upon return the goods will be inspected and a refund made within 14 days (excluding original delivery charge and merchant fees).
Please notify us by email stating item details.
Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. We cannot accept returns for change of mind.
