Flat rate Shipping for small mobiles - 2 to 10 business days via Australia Post from date of dispatch - $5.00
Free Shipping for larger mobiles - 2 to 10 business days via Registered Australia Post from date of dispatch.
Express Shipping - 1-2 days from date of dispatch - $9.50. Select at checkout.
International Shipping:
Air Mail Regular - $6.50 – $19.00 AUD based on weight of mobile. Approx 5-15 business days depending on Country. Note: tracking is not available with this service, if you want to track your order and sign on delivery choose Registered Air Mail.
Registered Air Mail - $20 - 37.00 AUD. - choose this at checkout for peace of mind as you will need to sign for the package and the package is traceable if mislaid. Shipping time - Approx 5-15 business days depending on Country and city.
Registered Air Mail and Insurance - $25 + AUD . - Insurance and 'sign for parcel' use for larger mobiles . Shipping time - Approx 5-15 business days depending on Country and city. If you would like to use this service please contact me for a quote.
Express - $35.00 -$70. 3-5 business days (with tracking). If you would like to use this service please contact me for a quote.
I try to ship as soon as possible for items in stock - usually within 5 days of the payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). Most mobiles are made to order and may take longer to create. If you would like to know before you order how long a mobile will take to reach you, feel free to contact me for an estimate. send me an email.
Shipping is via Australia Post and takes between 5-14 days for international air mail. I send a confirmation email when the mobile is posted. If you would like registered and insured post please email and we will organise a quote.
Any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (you). We keep shipping costs as low as possible and do not profit from them.

Please note I cannot be held responsible for international lost or stolen parcels. Items shipped internationally are not traceable, nor are they insured - you are able to choose the option at checkout for insurance and tracking. If you want insured postage and your country is not listed please ask me for a quote specific to your country.
Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing your order. You are responsible for providing the correct address. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery. Please confirm your postal address when requested.
Packaging:
All mobiles come packaged in stylish Pukapuka boxes, and are mailed in a bubblewrap envelope. Makes a perfect gift.
Taxes:
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges.
